EMERGING Cheshire band The Shallow Call headline at The Box, Pedley Street, Crewe, on Saturday.
The Northwich four-piece made a lasting impression on crowds at the town’s first indie rock festival in May, and are steadily rising into the ranks of the mainstream industry.
Having supported The Enemy, The Charlatans and Little Man Tate, their debut single Frank Bruno was DJ Steve Lamacq’s ‘Single of the Week’.
Joining them as support are Crewe outfit The Varlets and talented but relative newcomers The Retrospective.
