Arson suspected as 4x4 vehicle is found on fire on A55 near Holywell

POLICE are investigating a suspected arson incident after a 4x4 vehicle was found ablaze just off the A55 near Holywell.
The Vauxhall Frontera was spotted by a member of the public on the eastbound Junction 31, A5026 slip road in Lloc opposite the Travellers Inn.
Firefighters were called to the scene at 8.53pm on Saturday and North Wales Police was alerted at 9pm.
A fire service spokeswoman said: “It appears to have been a deliberate ignition.”
