Volunteers from Clwydian Group of Ramblers clear up Flintshire footpath in Gwernymynydd

A GROUP of volunteers from the Clwydian Group of Ramblers Cymru have helped clear up an overgrown footpath for fellow walkers.

A 200-yard stretch of land near America Farm, just south of Moel Findeg at Gwernymynydd, was restored to its former glory by five walkers earlier this month.

Gorse and sprawling brambles were cleared on behalf of the Highway Authority to make the path line clear and easily.
