Holywell High School team racing to success in F1 Schools Challenge
SIXTH-FORMERS at Holywell High School raced to success in the F1 in Schools Challenge.
Five students teamed up to become the Pink Pitstops and went to Bangor University to compete against schools from across North Wales.
The teams had to design, make and race model cars.
The prize for the team with the best identity went to the students from Holywell High.
Deputy headteacher Jeff Collins said: “They were very pleased with the win and at the school we are all delighted with their success.”
