Dreamboats & Petticoats The Musical comes to the Liverpool Empire

A MUSICAL stage show based on the hit album Dreamboats and Petticoats will be at the Liverpool Empire next week.

Dreamboats and Petticoats became one of the biggest selling albums of the decade after its release last year, amassing an amazing more than 600,000 sales.

Inspired by the albums, Bill Kenwright and Laurie Mansfield present Dreamboats and Petticoats The Musical, written by the team behind Goodnight Sweetheart, Birds Of A Feather, and Shine On Harvey Moon.

The show features songs from Roy Orbison, The Shadows, Eddie Cochran, Billy Fury, Chuck Berry and many more.

Manchester-born Scott Bruton, one of this year’s X Factor finalists, star. Joining him is Ben Freeman, famed for his role as Scott Windsor in ITV’s hit soap opera Emmerdale, and Jennifer Biddall who played Jessica Harris in Hollyoaks along with two new stars Daisy Wood-Davis and AJ Dean.

The show will be at the Liverpool Empire from June 22-27. Ring the box office on 0844 847 2525 or visit www.LiverpoolEmpire.org.uk.
