Police motorcyclist injured in Pontblyddyn crash

A NORTH Wales Police motorcyclist has been taken to hospital after a collision near Mold this morning (Thursday).

At 9.05am officers received a report of a two vehicle collision by the BP garage in Pontblyddyn involving a police motorcycle and a car.

The motorcyclist has been taken to the Wrexham Maelor Hospital by ambulance with back and shoulder injuries.

Diversions have been put in place by the highways.
