PLANS to demolish a Mold hotel and build apartments in its place are up for discussion next week.

The proposed scheme includes a single one bed flat, 17 two bed flats and four, three bed flats.

There would be 33 car parking spaces both over and above ground.

The restaurant which is currently sited at the hotel would be relocated to the town centre.
