Woman charged with causing death by dangerous driving

A WOMAN has been charged today (Tuesday) following a fatal road traffic collision in Queensferry in July where 76-year-old Theresa Bhandari died.

The 35-year-old woman, who police have declined to name, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and having no insurance and has been bailed to appear before Mold Magistrates on Tuesday, November 18.

The two-vehicle collision occurred on Welsh Road shortly after 5pm on Friday, July 25.

Mrs Bhandari was taken to the Countess of Chester following the collision and died on Thursday, July 31.
