Rev Doc and The Congregation to play at The Marina in Liverpool

REV Doc and The Congregation last appeared at The Marina in Liverpool in October 2007.

Now they are returning for another gig at the same venue tonight (Thursday).

The Doc is one of the genuine characters of the British blues scene.

He is a charismatic frontman, who delivers raw vocals and harp, wrapped in a web of enigmatic humour.

He is backed by a band that features the guitar playing of Al Brown and the rock-solid rhythm section of Davy Boyle on drums and Alan Thompson on bass.

Liverpool Marina is situated at Coburg Wharf, Sefton Street in Liverpool.

Tickets priced £13 can be booked on 0151 428 2855 or at www.johnnysbluesclub.co.uk
