ONE of the world’s most shocking circuses is set to arrive in Liverpool later this month, bringing with it an array of weird and wonderful acts.
The Circus Of Horrors – The Curse Of The Devil Doll will appear on stage at the Liverpool Empire Theatre on January 20.
More than 17 years after its conception at the 1995 Glastonbury Festival, the show has gone from strength to strength touring across the world and achieving cult status.
The shows prequel The Ventriloquist is behind the naming of The Curse Of The Devil Doll after a series of bizarre and near fatal misses happened during the last tour.
The performance, which is described as being what would happen if Quentin Tarrintino directed Cirque Du Soleil, features new twists and turns which will send a shiver down the spine of onlookers.
Daredevil circus acts from across the globe such as sword swallowers, demon dwarfs, voodoo acrobats and knife throwers are guaranteed to have the audience on the edge of their seat from start to finish.
