CHESTER: Saturnalia Parade - the annual ancient Roman celebration which consisted of feasting, visiting friends and giving gifts returns to the streets of Chester city centre from 6.30pm. There will also be a lantern making session at the Grosvenor Museum’s Newstead Gallery from 6.45-6.30pm.
