Butler’s electrical shop in Shotton return

AN ELECTRONICS store is returning to Deeside this week.

Butler’s is to open a new electronics shop on Chester Road West in Shotton tomorrow – four years after the company left town.

The new store has been fully refurbished and refitted to display and demonstrate the latest range of 3D televisions, home entertainment systems and Apple computers.

Lord Barry Jones and Lady Janet Jones, the High Sheriff of Clwyd, will officially open the shop.

Company chairman David Butler, whose son Warren, pictured, is managing director, said:“We live in a very competitive world and over the years Deeside has had its fair share of bad news, with various traders choosing to pull out of the High Street.

“It is very satisfying, therefore, to reverse this trend and return to our roots in Shotton.”
