AMG seeks local carers after opening Chester branch

A DOMICILIARY care agency is looking to employ local carers as it opens its doors on a new Chester base.

AMG has opened up a branch in Canal Street, having been awarded a domiciliary care contract with Cheshire West and Chester Council.

Now the firm, which has more than 20 years experience of providing care staff within the community, is looking to boost its numbers.

Branch manager Lisa Capper said: “We are looking for reliable caring staff who have an understanding of how important this role is in enabling people to remain at home.

“It is crucial we provide the support required to meet the needs of local people by assisting them to achieve their own goals.”

With a specialist nursing team on board, AMG support people in their own homes from those requiring companionship to people who require complex care procedures.

The only thing people need to bring is the right attitude and an understanding of the important service to enable people to remain in their own homes.

Those looking for care or would like to join as a carer can call 01244 347200 for an information pack.
