PUPILS of Argoed High School went the extra mile for Sport Relief.
Year 7, 8 and 9 children at the Mynydd Isa school held a Sport Relief Fancy Dress Mile with some running, jogging, walking, cartwheeling and crawling across the field.
Others even gave their friends piggy backs, used spaced hoppers and tied themselves to their friends to walk the mile.
PE teacher Danielle Gilsenan said: “There was a fantastic atmosphere and all pupils made a huge effort with their costumes.
“So far, we have raised £1,437.15.”
