Disabled Connah’s Quay man forced to stand for four hours on Arriva Trains Wales service
“Seats were available on a first-come, first-served basis and customers were advised to travel at different times to avoid the crowds.
“We are sorry Mr Bennett and his wife did not enjoy their journey with Arriva Trains Wales and our customer services team would welcome the opportunity to apologise to them in person.”
