A WOMAN from Flintshire charged with having sex with a teenage boy will be asked to enter pleas to the charges next month.
Defendant Rebecca Marie Barber, 23, is alleged to have had intercourse with the boy, aged 13.
Barber, of Hawarden Road in Hope, made a brief appearance at a preliminary hearing at Mold Crown Court today (Friday).
Judge Niclas Parry bailed her on condition she did not contact the complainant or other prosecution witnesses.
She faces three charges of sexual touching involving intercourse with a boy under 16.
Barber indicated not guilty pleas at an earlier hearing.
