Connah’s Quay teenager in court over Greenfield arson

A TEENAGE boy has been remanded in custody today (Thursday) on an arson charge.

The youth, from Connah’s Quay, is charged with arson at the Old Police Station in Greenfield on October 19.

He is further charged with damaging windows at the same property on October 10 and October 11.

The boy denied all three charges at Flintshire Magistrates’ Court.

Prosecutor Wyn Jones applied for a remand into local authority secure accommodation.

But District Judge Andrew Shaw remanded him in custody.
