Flintshire Neighbourhood Watch Association celebrated inaugural Trustees’ Week

THE good work of Flintshire Neighbourhood Watch Association trustees is being celebrated as part of the first Trustees’ Week.

Chief executive officer of Flintshire Neighbourhood Watch Association, Denise Edwards, said: “It gives me great pleasure to recognise the work of our 15 committed and dedicated trustees.

“Without them we would not have remained active in Flintshire for the last 23 years, helping people feel safer.

“We are very fortunate in Neighbourhood Watch to have genuine people who do care and are committed to promoting the aims of the association.”

The trustees are the people in charge of the charity. They play a vital role, working together to make decisions about the group’s work.

Trustees’ Week started on Monday.

The Neighbourhood Watch Association’s AGM will be held at Mynydd Isa Community Centre on November 29.
