A FLINTSHIRE man has denied sexual activity with a child.
Defendant Stephen Hughes, 35, is alleged to have indulged in a sexual act with a girl aged 15 in September.
At Mold Crown Court on Friday he denied two charges of sexual activity and the case was adjourned until August for trial, which is expected to last three days.
In the meantime he has been bailed on condition that he lives at an address in Llys Enfys, Gwernymynydd, near Mold.
He is not to enter the village where the complainant lives and he is not to contact prosecution witnesses.
