Flintshire County Council appoints director of community services

FLINTSHIRE County Council has appointed a new director of community services.

Chief executive of the authority, Colin Everett, said: “We are able to announce the appointment of Neil Ayling, currently head of audit and business services at neighbouring Denbighshire County Council, as Flintshire’s new director of community services.

“We congratulate Neil and look forward to him joining the senior management of the council in the summer.

“Neil is an experienced head of services who has strong professional and personal connections with the county and will be an asset to the council, its partner organisations and the communities we serve.”
