Cake decorating masterclass for Holywell students
TWO lucky students from a Holywell school had a chance to brush up on their cake decorating skills.
Lauren Reece and Esther Williams from St Winefride’s RC Primary School joined pupils from Catholic schools across the county for a cake decorating day at Venerable Edward Morgan Catholic Primary School in Shotton.
They went on a shopping trip to Asda, tasted different cakes, baked their own cakes and then learnt how to decorate them in a range of styles.
Headteacher Sian Jones-Evans said: “They had a fantastic day. They brought their cakes into school to show in assembly and they looked brilliant.”
