Flintshire scooter riders deliver Easter eggs to Glan Clwyd Hospital

ABOUT 60 scooter riders got on their bikes to deliver Easter eggs to children at Glan Clwyd Hospital.

The riders, from the North Wales and Borders Alliance group, met at the Petrolheads Cafe in Bagillt on Good Friday before travelling up to the hospital in Bodelwyddan to distribute eggs to children who were spending Easter in the Paddington children’s ward.

Organiser Loz Harrison said: “Sixty lads and ladies gave up their time to take eggs to the children who were in hospital over Easter.

“The nursing staff were amazed to see so many people attending and kindly donating Easter eggs.”
