Click22 perform at Flint High School to raise cash for charity

HIP hop duo Click22 performed at Flint High to help raise funds for a charity which helped one of the school’s teachers.

The pair – made up of singer-songwriters Owen Davies, also known as Prospekt, of Mold, and C-Jay Morrison, from Hawarden – performed a lunch time gig for 160 students.

The 21-year-olds raised almost £200 which will be donated to Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY).

The school has held many events to support the charity which helped teacher John Champney, who lost his son Guy to the condition known as hypotrophic cardio myopathy, or sudden death syndrome, in 2009.

Head of sixth form Olivia Tattum said: “We were delighted Click22 performed at Flint High School on behalf of CRY – a charity which is very close to our hearts.”
