BUDDING artists have been showcasing their talents in the second of two art masterclasses in Rhosesmor.
The children from Years 5 and 6 have been learning about colour, technique and assorted painting mediums with artist Jan Gardner.
The Criw Celf art project is taking place over the six North Wales counties and is providing opportunities for 25 children in each area to develop their skills and experiences by working with professional artists.
Over the past two months, the students have been working with Jan to create pieces inspired from nature.
The children have now attended four of the six art training days arranged by the arts, culture and events section of Flintshire County Council.
Their work will be included in a Criw Celf exhibition later in the summer which will show the work they have developed working with artists Ruth Thomas, Jan Gardner and Cefyn Burgess.
The Flintshire Criw Celf Art Project is funded by Arts Council Wales and Flintshire County Council.
