PEOPLE in Flintshire will have extra help to get online thanks to a Welsh Government scheme.
Communities 2.0, aimed at helping communities and enterprises with using the internet, has been expanded to Flintshire.
It will provide free help to get residents online and make the most of the internet with taster and training sessions.
Kevin Roberts, the Communities 2.0 broker for Flintshire, said: “We want to break down the barriers that stop people getting on the internet.”
Help is also available for community groups, voluntary organisations and charities.
Kevin added: “We can help with setting up websites, give advice about new computers and other bits of hardware and help with running an IT-based project in the community.
“And if you already have an idea to get people in your area using technology, we can help with advice to turn that idea into reality.”
