A CHARITY which helps elderly and terminally ill people is looking for volunteers in Ewloe.
The Cinnamon Trust is a national organisation formed to help older people and those with terminal conditions keep their pets.
Volunteers can help keep owners and their pets together by walking a dog for a housebound pensioner, fostering pets when owners need hospital care or even just cleaning out a bird cage or fish tank.
The trust is currently looking for volunteers to walk a one-year-old Jack Russell for a resident in Ewloe.
A spokeswoman said: “The Cinnamon Trust is desperate for volunteers in this area.
“Even if you can only offer an hour a week it will improve the dog’s quality of life so much and give the owner peace of mind.
“If anyone can help please call Sally on 01736 758707 or email volunteer@cinnamon.org.uk.”
