Praise for Chester law firm

A CHESTER law firm has been recognised for the high standard of service it offers to homebuyers across the region.

Aaron & Partners, based on Foregate Street, has secured membership to the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) – the legal profession’s mark of excellence for the home-buying process.

The firm underwent rigorous assessment in order to secure CQS status, which marks it out as meeting high standards in the residential conveyancing process.

Law Society president Lucy Scott-Moncrieff said: “With so many different conveyancing service providers out there, CQS helps home-buyers and sellers seek out those that can provide a safe and efficient level of service.”

Dan Stear, residential conveyancing manager at Aaron & Partners, added: “Buying and selling a home can be a stressful time, but by looking for a CQS firm like Aaron & Partners the public can seek out a firm that has proved its commitment to quality.

“Our clients can be assured they will receive a reliable, efficient service as recognised by this gold industry standard.”

Mr Stear, of Tattenhall, joined Aaron & Partners last year and has worked with property developers and individual clients across the country, regularly acting for clients buying and selling high-value properties worth at least £1m.

The CQS scheme has the support of the Council of Mortgage Lenders, the Building Societies’ Association, Legal Ombudsman and the Association of British Insurers.
