POLICE have cordoned off an area of Wepre Park in Connah's Quay this morning (Tuesday) after a man's body was found.
An officer at the scene told the Chronicle the white male is thought to be in his 30s or 40s.
Crime scene investigators are currently at the site.
Alistair Macfarlane was walking his dog when he saw two park rangers pulling the man out of the river.
He said: "They pulled him out, and they thought there might be signs of life, but it was too late."
