Jessica in the pink for her movie treat
A BUCKLEY youngster enjoyed an early birthday treat when she got the red carpet treatment at the local premiere of a must-see movie.
Jessica Jones, nine, and six friends, were chauffeured in a pink stretch limousine to the opening night of High School Musical 3 at Cineworld, Chester.
Mum Sharon, of Lexham Green Close, Buckley, a nursery nurse at Ysgol Bryn Gwalia, Mold, said: “Although Jessica is not actually 10 until Boxing Day, we thought the chance to let her see the new movie in style was too good to miss – especially as she’s a huge fan.
“As she’s just mad on pink, we decided to hire a limo in that colour and had a pink party before she and her guests set off.”
Jessica’s father Russell is a process technician in the plastics industry and also takes jujitsu classes in Buckley.
Sharon added: “Jessica is mad on pink – her room is pink and she’s even started saving for a pink car of her own when she’s 17.”
