Ewloe nursery plans party to celebrate royal wedding

NURSERY youngsters are planning to celebrate the royal wedding in style.

Children at Busy Bees in Ewloe will take part in a mock ceremony with all the trimmings including a wedding cake and cars thanks to the support of local businesses.

Staff nurse Sarah Ramsay told the Chronicle everyone was looking forward to the event.

“It is a special day and it will be nice for the children to do something that they will remember to celebrate the occasion,” she said.

Companies lending their support include ABC Cakes in Shotton, Grace hair and beauty in Ewloe, Mold-based Ride in Style, CSP Audio Visuals, Lizzardfish.co.uk, Serenade and Village St David’s, formerly St David’s Park Hotel.

The ceremony will be followed by a party with live music in the nursery’s car park.

“There will be balloons, bunting, the works,” said Sarah.

“We are hoping it will be a great day everyone will remember.”

She added: “Thank you to all the staff at the nursery and local businesses for their support.”
