Clwyd League: Flint Town United keep up chase in Reserves Premier League

FLINT Town United kept the pressure on Clwyd League Reserves Premier League pacesetters Prestatyn Town on Friday night with a 7-1 demolition of Llandyrnog United.

Lee Acott (3) did most of the damage for the hosts while Steve Alcock, Richard Hughes, Jordan Evans and Liam Ashbrook also got in on the act.

The following afternoon basement boys Halkyn United went down 6-0 at home to Glan Conwy.
