HAWARDEN Rangers ran their Queensferry Sports Flintshire Junior and Youth League under 16s match at Aston Park Rangers from start to finish.
Two goals from Jake Leonard-Gill and strikes from Rhys Peers and Joe Robinson helped them to a 4-1 win having led 2-0 at the break.
Lawrence Dickenson scored for the home side in the second half but to no avail.
In a bad day for home teams Buckley Town Colts also lost to visiting Penyffordd.
Bredin Lavin bagged a brace for Buckley but it was goals from Daniel Lee, Matthew Owen, Sam Aparico and Joe Parcesepe that settled the match in Peny’s favour.
Buckley Town Vipers restored some of their town pride as they were victorious on the road at Flint Town Juniors to remain unbeaten at the top of the table.
A hat-trick from Jamie Birkett either side of half-time proved decisive for the Vipers, despite Luke Wilkes finding the net for the home side in a bid to spark a revival.
Greenfield were due to travel to Mold Juniors but the game was forfeited due to insufficient players
