Free sales advice workshop on offer to Flintshire firms

FLINTSHIRE firms are being offered the chance to help increase their sales via a new workshop.

Dawn Roberts, managing director of Abergele-based Outperform Services, which specialises in sales campaign management and helping sales teams and individuals to sell more, has devised the 20-minute sales workshop.

She plans to offer free advice to network groups and business organisations over the next six months and is urging companies who would like her to help to them to get in touch.

The workshop, entitled Customers for Life, will include advice on topics such as finding and keeping customers, getting more referrals and cashing in on the power of word of mouth.

She said: “Times are hard out there at the moment and one of the main problems for small businesses is keeping existing customers and increasing sales.

“I will be sharing my knowledge and experience to help them to do just that.

“I am really on a crusade here and I really want to make a difference.

“I am absolutely determined to help small businesses in North Wales by offering these free workshops.”

Dawn has also managed to obtain funding, so she can offer businesses in North Wales other training courses for £57, instead of up to £200.
