Coleg Llysfasi students given advice on voting
STUDENTS took part in a workshop to help with decisions that some of them will face next year.
Representatives for the National Assembly for Wales visited Coleg Llysfasi in Ruthin – part of Deeside College – to tell students about the referendum on law-making powers in Wales, to will be held in March.
An Assembly election is also to be held next year, along with a vote on whether the system used to elect MPs should be changed.
Deeside College vice principal and Coleg Llysfasi site manager Helen Wright said: “The session was an excellent opportunity for our students to find out more about the political choices that will change the way Wales is governed.”
