The Alarm star Mike Peters thanks Airbus staff in Broughton

EMPLOYEES from the Airbus site at Broughton had a visit from a rock star.

Mike Peters, from Welsh band The Alarm, visited the team to thank them for raising £2,000 for his charity, Love Hope Strength Foundation UK.

The singer, who has survived cancer twice, co-founded the charity in 2007 to raise money for cancer centres, hospices, hospitals, equipment and research.
